Yes, the Ausum Facklers are still alive. Its not even that we have been busy, its just that we enjoyed our summer! It was so nice to have Austin home at nights and have time to just spend time together. We took many trips up north to spend time with my family, swam a lot, played games with Austin's family, hung out with friends, watched whole tv series', and so much more! it was a great summer and it was hard for things to start back up.
Last week, however, we had the opportunity to go to Florida with my whole family (including my Aunt, Uncle and his 3 girls) to go to Disneyworld and Universal Studios. It was so much fun!!
Day 1:
Animal Kingdom
My favorite part about this was the roller coaster Expedition Everest! It was a high speed roller coaster that stops suddenly, switches tracks and goes backwards through the dark. We got to the park really early (no, this was not a "sleep in" vacation) so there were no lines. We were able to ride this one a couple of times and we had so much fun!
The second day we went to the Magic Kingdom. This is basically like Disney Land in California, just a lot bigger! This is where Cinderella's Castle is and all the princesses. We got to eat inside of Belle's Castle which was a cool experience
The show that they had at night was so cool! They projected disney movie clips onto the castle and tinkerbell started flying out of the castle into the sky. Oh and of course, disney has the greatest fireworks on the planet.
I might have to say that my favorite part about the whole day was the corn-dog nuggets. Yes, that's crazy I know, but if you think that, you haven't tried. them. TO DIE FOR.
The third day we went to Epcot. It was pretty fun, but by this day, I was freaking exhausted. Walking from sun up to sun down in EXCRUCIATING heat can really take it out of you (me and my mom may have bailed a little early this day..) but it was still fun. For lunch we ate at a Hibachi Grill (where they cook right in front of you) in Japan. At Epcot they have a world tour where you can go to different cities around the world and they have rides, and movies and restaurant's from each different city.
The next day we went to Universal Studios. I wasn't super impressed, it was kinda just like a disney knockoff. but it was still fun. Their roller-coasters were way more fun, but i was also pretty ticked cause Austin could hardly ride any of them cause he was too tall! It was dumb.
This is the Hulk roller coaster. It was INSANE

The Last day we saved for the best: HARRY POTTER WORLD!! let me just tell you. it was awesome.
The castle was so intricate and it looked just like the movies. They had all the shops just like in hogsmede and it was so much fun!
Oh, and butterbeer. HEAVEN.

Ok.. Im obvisouly getting tired of blogging!! Overall it was a fantastic trip and even though it was super hot and tiring, it was a trip that austin and I will never forget! We are so grateful that my parents invited us to go!!
I promise I will blog more (Kelsey). Toodles!
