Welcome to our new blog!

Ok, So I figured its time for a new blog..
Considering that on my other blog it hasnt even been mentioned that I was engaged let alone married! Its amazing how fast things happened and now we are starting over as the Ausum Facklers: The new life of Austin and Summer. Yea Im punny I know.
Anyway, here is an update on our lives:

We got married on December 29th in the Oquirrh Mountain Temple. Honestly the day couldnt have been any more perfect!! Everything turned out so great and we were so lucky to have so much friends and family there to support us. We should be getting the pictures back today or tomorrow so I will post them for everyone to see. For now, here are some bridals.

Since we got married we have been waiting for our house to be finished so we have been living with my grandpa's cousin (him and his wife are like 90). We are so grateful that we had somewhere to live but we were definitely ready to get out of there. We lived there for about a month and a half and slept on a queen size bed (I dont know if you know my husband, but he is 6'8" and can fit on a queen BY HIMSELF. It was also really hard because we didnt feel like we were even married. We had a little room and a little bathroom and thats it. We ate all of our meals at Austin's parents house (which was so much fun!) or we ate out. Then for the last 2 weeks we slept at Austin's parents house. That was so much fun because it was like a big sleepover/party every night! I am so lucky that I got such great in-laws.

It all ended this weekend though when we got the keys to our brand new house!! I will take pictures this weekend. It has been a long time coming and we were so excited to finally move in. My parents came down Friday night and brought a bunch of our stuff and after a long, hard weekend with lots of help from friends and family, we are finally moved in!! The last couple days have been so much fun in our own house. We have taken turns making meals, doing laundry and washing dishes. I am so lucky that I married someone as great as Austin. He has been such a huge help with everything and we could not have done it all without all his hard work!! Some of our favorite things to do lately are: cooking, watching TV together, especially the bachelor, new girl and glee, doing homework together, playing games with Austin's family, visiting my family up north and just spending time together!

Austin still hold the record for the sweetest boy in the whole world. He still makes me feel like I am a princess and I am the only girl in the world. The other day I came into my office and I found these flowers with a sticky note on them saying that he will see me at 1 for a hot mexican lunch date. It was so funny/cute. I am so lucky that I married him! 

This is what has been happening in our lives so far and my goal is to keep up on this blog. I miss blogging but I just felt like I was so behind I could never catch up. So here is to a new blog and a new life!
